IT Security and Chief Information Officers invited to Cyber Security Briefing

On Monday 30th April James Quinault, Director of the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance, will give a briefing on Cyber Security.

This briefing is in addition to our pre-published programme of Corporate Partner Briefings and it is particularly targeted at IT Security and Chief Information Officers in the aerospace industry. Unlike other Corporate Partner Briefings hosted by the Society, on this occasion Corporate Partners are invited to pass the details to other interested parties, and in particular the IT Security and Chief Information Officers from their supply chain.

On 28 November, the inaugural Young Persons’ Lecture Evening and Awards Reception took place at the Royal Aeronautical Society’s headquarters in London. Organised by and for young people, the event comprised lectures on aerodynamics given by two young people and the presentation of the Society’s Centennial Scholarships and Young Persons Medals and Awards.
