Day 4 of Icarus at muddy Lasham Gliding Club and, sadly again, no flying due to strong winds. But no time was wasted – note the photo of Team Bath Uni (made up of Ed, Marcus, Tim, Colin and Daniel) reskinning their elevator. After they complete that they just need to bond their prop on – using resin and carbon fibre tows – and they’ll be almost good to go… Let’s just hope the British summer plays ball!
