An investigation is underway into the cause of an accident on 22 November in which two Venezuelan military OV-10 Broncos collided during a rehearsal for an air show at Palo Negro air base.
The pilot of one aircraft was killed after steering his aircraft away from populated areas while two pilots from the second OV-10 Bronco were able to eject safely.
