The final accident report into Air France Flight 447 has attributed human error and technical malfunctions as the cause of the 2009 crash.
French aviation safety authority BEA was due to present its findings in early July. The accident resulted in 228 fatalities when the Airbus A330-200, flying between Rio de Janeiro and Paris, crashed into the Atlantic Ocean.
