Share trading in Air Asia and Malaysian Airlines System (MAS) have been suspended, pointing to a possible cancellation of the two carriers share swap agreement.
The airlines agreed to a share-swap deal in 2011, with each airline taking a stake in the other. However since then opposition to the deal has mounted.
