787 software problems

Japanese carrier All Nippon Airways had to cancel two Boeing 787 flights in January on a new route between Tokyo and Frankfurt because of problems with the aircraft’s computer software.

One flight was cancelled because of a malfunction with the flaps system and the second due to an error in the aircraft control software. Both problems were fixed and the aircraft returned to service.
