The Royal Aeronautical Society is proud to launch it’s first podcast feed.
The Aero Society Podcast will replace the Aero Society Channel. We will still be publishing the same prestigious lectures recorded live in London’s Mayfair at the home of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and still free of charge. The podcast will include new special features and is also now available on Apple iTunes and other services. If you have an iPod or any other mobile device, don’t forget to use your favourite podcasting software to subscribe!
What is a podcast? A podcast is a series of audio or video programmes arranged by date and published online within a ‘rss feed’. This feed is what makes a podcast. It helps to alert iTunes and mobile devices that new episodes are available to download, meaning that you get the latest content on your device instantly.
With the launch of the podcast, we aim to continue to provide access to some of the Society’s activities to the wider aerospace community – if you are involved in any aviation or any aerospace discipline, why not consider joining the Society? Society members can take advantage of face-to-face meetings and many other opportunities to gain involvement at all levels of the aerospace community, both personally and professionally.
