An exclusive video of a recent Royal Aeronautical Society Lecture on NASA’s new Mars Rover mission, Curiosity.
On 17 July, the Royal Aeronautical Society hosted Matthew Wallace, Flight System Manager for the Mars Science Laboratory, NASA JPL, to give a lecture on the Curiosity Mars Rover.
The Rover is set to touch down on Mars on 6 August, where it will search for signs of life on the Red Planet. In this lecture, Wallace describes the technical challenges, the Rover’s design and answers questions from the informed specialist audience.
